The whole thing almost didn't happen. When his daughter got into dirt track racing, she needed a practice track. So he bought a skid steer and built her one. Twenty years putting out fires, and that skid steer started one he couldn't stop. What began as a dad building a track for his kid turned into side jobs on weekends, then a real operation. When the Hulcy brothers came along and said let's make this real — Ty didn't think twice.
